-Our 40,000 square-foot facility, developed specifically for Knox Monitoring, is certified by both Underwriter Laboratories and Factory Mutual. 
-The facility is protected at all times by analytic video surveillance integrated into three Digital Video Recorders, continually upgraded biometric access controls, and multi-agency approved fail-safes. 
-Two Liebert 150kVA Uninterrupted Power Supply units, wired into a dual-buss configuration, guarantee continuous and uninterruptible power; each is independently capable of supporting the critical load of the facility.
-Dual digitally controlled Caterpillar diesel generators, supported by independent 1200 gallon fuel tanks, supply 1.2 megawatts of secure standby power 
-The computer networks are multi-layered and redundant systems fully supported by onsite Technical staff round the clock. Built on a fiber-optic backbone, it employs advanced and secure technologies from Dell, Cisco, IBM and other industry leaders and is backed up by redundant power supplies 
-A wide array of Receivers, supporting most formats, effectively links signal equipment transmitting by telephony, Internet Protocol or wireless mesh networks. The facilitys Avaya Definity G3R Version 11 Telecommunications Server, multiple national and local service providers, and Multi T-3 circuits and SONET Ring architecture offer advanced mission-critical reliability 
-The facility's multi-layered alarm processing redundancy is built on a full gigabit fiber optic backbone
